Best Books to Teach Kids about Feelings and Emotions

What are the best books to teach kids about their feelings and emotions?

Here are the best children’s books you can buy to teach your child about their feelings or emotions.

It is important for children to learn how to identify their emotions and how to process them appropriately.

WIth Gentle Parenting we believe that all feelings are allowed – even anger and jealousy because they are all normal human emotions. What is important though is that children know the appropriate ways to express those feelings. For example, taking a deep breath or going to a calm down corner is an appropriate way to express anger, whereas hitting a sibling is not an inappropriate way to express that feeling.

Use any of these books below to start a conversation with your child about their feelings and emotions.
